We offer 2 unique services that take place SIMULTANEOUSLY at 10:30 A.M. One is Contemporary with a praise band and the other is Traditional with hymns. The Lead Pastor, Nicky, speaks IN PERSON at both services. Our saying is "if you like it - we probably have it!"

Originally from Alabama (Roll Tide!), Nicky has been serving churches in Georgia since 1997. He has been in ministry since 1978, with most of those years being in Youth Ministry, including being the EHBC Youth Pastor from 2010-2020 before transitioning to Lead Pastor. He has also served churches in Alabama, Texas, and Tennessee. He is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and the University of North Alabama. Nicky enjoys too many sports, especially golf & hunting, and keeping his 1984 Jeep CJ7 running. He is married to Amanda and they have two daughters and four grandchildren which has now become their favorite way to spend their free time. His vision for EHBC is that we exist to be a life-changing church. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ is what changes our lives and our goal is to provide opportunities to encounter Him.
CJ is twenty-one years old and was born and raised in Statesboro, Ga. He graduated from Statesboro High School in 2020 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies at Truett McConnell University. CJ currently works in a volunteer staff role with Chi Alpha Campus Ministry at Georgia Southern alongside his wife, Roseanna, who is also involved in the ministry. He plans to continue his work in campus ministry after he graduates.
Along with his wife Pam and son Tim, Jr., Tim Anderson began attending EHBC in 2009 and soon after joined the Media Ministry Team, serving with them faithfully for many years. Presently, Tim serves as both Leader and Sponsor in our Celebrate Recovery program, through which he ministers to people recovering from trauma, addictions, family issues, and many other spiritual needs. Tim was ordained into deacon ministry in 2015 and in 2017 accepted the call to pastoral ministry. He subsequently graduated from Saint James College and Seminary as a Certified Public Chaplain in 2017. Tim was ordained as a Pastor at EHBC in 2018 and currently serves as Pastoral Care Minister, assisting the Pastoral staff with administration duties and hospital/shut-in visitations and leads our Media/Production.

Matthew 19:14 But Jesus said, Let the little children come to me!
Tracey began her service as Church Secretary at EHBC in March of 2006. She was born & raised in Wisconsin, saved at an early age, and has had the joy of seeing God move in many churches in Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Georgia, before God called her to unite with EHBC, where she is excited to see God working. Tracey is a graduate of Guido Bible College and leads the JESUS ROCKS Ministry, a community outreach mission. Tracey and her husband, Lee, have three sons, one daughter, and six grandchildren who bring her great joy.
